Lovin' the Hills

Tonight I was to run 3 miles of hills. I ran 3.25 and felt really strong. I did hill repeats since I did a regular hill run last week. I mixed it up a little this time by running a hill "L". There's a corner that has two hills perpendicular to each other. So I would run down one side of the L then up the other hill, down that hill and back up the other side of the L, if that makes any sense. I felt really strong the whole time, finishing faster than when I began. According to my ipod I ran at an average of an 8:15 but I truly don't believe that. But if I'm close to a 9 minute mile, I'll be happy. Tons to do tonight and it's already 11!
