Like I said, today I was to run 2 miles of hills. I ended up doing hill repeats on a hill that was about a quarter mile down and up. I ran it 5 times (2.25 miles) in 19:32 which was an average pace of 8:32! I about died when the little voice on my ipod told me that! Now I know my pace thingy on my ipod might be off a little but it can't be off that much! And even if it is off, this still shows that my pace is improving and that is so encouraging for me.
Is it weird that I get pumped up while listening to "What is this Feeling" from Wicked?
