Hard Hill Workout
Tonight I ran 4 miles of hills. I'm sort of getting into a slup. I'm just not as excited as I was before to get out and run. It's so hot and everyday it's a chore to get Grace nursed and Ava suppered and Jeff set so I can go. And the runs are getting longer and harder. Anyway so tonight was hills and I ran my normal 4 mile route instead of hill repeats. I probably won't do this route for a hill workout again because the hills are so long that it's difficult to run them hard. Even though I walked down some of the hills, I still managed an average of a 9 minute mile so I guess it wasn't that bad. Other than that, not much is new.
