Mediocre Run

Yesterday was another 3 mile hill run. It was just an ok run. I warmed up for about a mile and then was hoping to run 3 miles of just hill repeats (The "L" workout on two streets near my house). However I just felt worn out. I only did 2 "L"s which is 4 hills and that got me to 3 miles. I decided to go ahead and cool down after that instead of pushing it for another mile. My ankles and shins were beginning to hurt as well. I'm trying not to be disappointed in an average run and instead keep focused on the end goal.
