Weight Training
Last night I did my strength training. Nothing too exciting. I worked out with my resisitance bands, full body workout, while watching the movie Chicago. I told you, I'm a Broadway freak! Several exercises are getting easier - inverted pushups, sit ups on the ball. Although as I write this I just realized I forgot to work out my triceps! I really should write my workout down...
