10 Miles

Well, I'm in Mt. Vernon right now and leaving for vacation early tomorrow morning so I'll keep this short as I still need to bathe Ava, take a shower, and help load the car..and it's already after 10! Yesterday I ran 10 miles on my own since I had to tape a wedding all day today. I ran from my house to Northbend, to Hamilton Ave, to Ronald Reagan and back. I ran at an average pace of 9:05. Everything went well until mile 6 or 7 I got a huge blister on my left arch. Ouch. I won't be able to write for a while so that's all!
